Instead of the panel options being a drop-down in the middle of the top of the panel, it is now a vertical ellipse (⋮) moved to the top right corner of the panel.
The default panels shown in the TestData data source are using the deprecated panel plugin. You can choose to migrate to the newer version by pressing the option to Migrate in the display options to the right. Press apply to update. To make the graph follow the data again, use the time filter, top right, to select Last 5 minutes.
