TransformControls with GLTF Animations

Here is an example of an animated GLTF being manipulated with transform controls.

In this example, you can transform the animated models position, rotation and size.

Scripts

./src/client/client.ts

Note

For this example, I have downloaded the EVE model with the punching animation from Mixamo. I've then imported the FBX into Blender and exported it as a GLB as described in previous lessons. You can choose a different model and animation if you prefer. Ensure to correct the file name in the source code to match your exported models filename. Also models created by different people were created for different purposes, so you may need to adjust some properties of the model as you load them, as I have demonstrated in previous lessons.
